In the design of seaside villas, the living spaces have been arranged to face the sea, with the ground floor featuring a living room and kitchen areas, while the upper floors house the bedrooms. The top floors have been designated as hobby areas. In the garden section, a natural environment has been created with plenty of trees and landscaping elements. An infinity pool has been used in the pool area to create an effect of blending with the sea.

In more traditional, non-modern structures within a natural environment, wooden elements have been used on the building's facades to harmonize with nature. The design has been adapted to suit sloping terrain. Areas for horse care have been created to cater to the users' hobbies. Garden spaces for residents to feel as though they are part of nature have been designed on the sides of the building.
