In this butcher and delicatessen establishment, where the cold chains of animal-based foods are maintained to ensure their delivery to consumers without compromising quality, functionality has been prioritized. Related products have been grouped and separate stands have been set up for them. Functions related to the actions of staff and customers in the space have been organized, with display areas, cutting zones, and sales sections treated as distinct areas. This arrangement establishes an organized circulation pattern for customers.

In this modern butcher shop design, where animal-based foods are stored and presented for sale, aesthetics have been given importance alongside functionality. An approach that emphasizes aesthetic values both inside and outside has been adopted to attract the attention of new customers. In the area where the cold counter cabinets for products are located, a neat appearance and proper lighting have been implemented to enhance the display of foods.

Besides attracting new customers, ensuring the loyalty of existing ones has been considered by enhancing user comfort and satisfaction in the interior design. In line with this, a customer waiting and resting area has been added to the design. The aim is to foster a sense of comfort and convenience for visitors and promote their continued patronage.
