AREA: 1120 m²

The ME Villa residential project in Urla is situated on a sloped terrain, allowing the garage space to be located beneath the structure's ground floor at the same elevation as the road level. Direct access from the garage to the garden level of the building is possible. Another approach to the structure is provided by an inclined ramp leading upwards.

The T-shaped building presents itself as a combination of three distinct volumes when viewed from the outside. The elongated mass defining the entrance and containing vertical circulation is linked to the horizontal mass where the main functions are resolved, ensuring visual coherence. The horizontal masses, representing different functions of the villa on a single floor, are dealt with at varying heights to emphasize their respective roles.

In terms of floor plan, the linear public area including the entrance and living space intersects with another linear axis comprising private areas with bedrooms, intersecting at the dining function. The long, narrow hallway connecting the rooms is turned towards the garden side, arranging spatial organization to provide direct access to the garden from all rooms.

For summer use, a swimming pool is designed in the garden, while a winter garden incorporating a kitchen and seating area is intended for winter use.

The villa's design embraces the concept of "living in harmony with nature" due to its location within a wooded area. As a result, the exterior facade facing the garden is treated with transparency, aligning with the goal of integrating the structure with the surrounding green space. On the other hand, the front facade, composed mainly of the hallway's wall, is more enclosed but features occasional openings to allow daylight into the hallway. The use of raw concrete, natural stone, and wood materials on the facade achieves a contemporary and minimalist appearance.
