This project involves an interior design for a construction engineering and consultancy office situated in the city center of Stockholm, Sweden, covering an area of 85m². The interior design aims for a simple yet prestigious appearance. Wooden slats, emphasizing the waiting area, continue from the wooden furniture unit onto the ceiling, adding a personalized touch. The selection of coffee and black leather chairs in this area creates an atmosphere of weightiness and grandeur. The white-toned wooden parquet flooring highlights the furniture.
The computer desk in the working area across from the entrance and waiting area is strategically positioned for the office owner to welcome visitors and conduct presentations. Visitors can comfortably watch the presentations on the television screen in front of them while seated on the waiting area chairs.
One of the most striking features of the project is the concealed presence of a concrete-look wall and door that doesn't disrupt the minimalist environment. This arrangement ensures that the doors creating the kitchen and restroom areas, also known as wet spaces, do not overshadow the spacious interior design.
