A total of 10 villas in the GOLD Plus category and 20 villas in the GOLD Elite category have been designed with a similar architectural approach. Each one has its own unique pool and garden, offering a modern and minimalist living space that promises tranquility and serenity to its residents.

The GOLD Elite villas consist of 9 twin-villa buildings, with only 2 apartments being exceptions. These villas are designed in a 4+1 layout and occupy a 260m² area.

Access to the residences is provided through a stone path on the same axis, creating a sense of intimacy reminiscent of neighborhood living. The backyards are designed as private relaxation areas for each residence. The spatial hierarchy flows from the semi-open area defining the entrance to the enclosed foyer. On the ground floor, there is a semi-open terrace that directly opens to the garden in front of the kitchen and living room. The private bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

The building's mass movements are designed in a dynamic way that allows the interior spaces to be read from the outside. The use of light-colored floor tiles on the terrace and entrance, along with the dominant white paint on the façade and wooden details, creates a modern and trendy appearance.

In the interior design, a simple language is chosen to synchronize with the mass and façade. The use of warm wooden tones in conjunction with shades that open up the space creates a harmony.
