PROJECT AREA

AREA: 2200 m²

In the AS 1 office design project, there is a comprehensive list of spaces that includes reception areas, executive offices, meeting rooms, open and closed workspaces, a café and dining area, as well as wet areas. In addition to these mandatory spaces, the project incorporates highly complex and innovative open space solutions such as a social amphitheater, VR and console gaming areas, and a sports section. The aim is to motivate employees to work more effectively within this innovative interior design concept, creating an environment where they can enjoy working. Establishing a part-whole relationship to ensure all these spaces work in harmony with each other has been a fundamental design criterion. The continuity of visual and auditory interaction between the lower and upper floors is considered important for the continuity of socialization. For this purpose, gallery voids have been introduced between the upper floor lobby and the lower floor. The office entrance is provided from two different directions for guests and staff. Meeting rooms, set up for meetings with external guests, are arranged to be directly accessible to the staff. The reception area welcoming guests on the ground floor includes a waiting area, as well as social areas such as an amphitheater, cafeteria, game, and sports areas. This creates a social network where guests and employees can spend time together. Access to the staff working area on the ground floor is controlled by a card system. This working area is designed in an open-plan layout with work furniture arrangements separated by separators, following the principle of co-working. Meeting rooms, closed and quiet HUBs, and capsule workspaces have been added for the practical use of the office by employees. The layout of the upper floor consists of closed specialized offices and meeting rooms organized around a social lobby. Transparency in these offices ensures continuous interaction with the lobby. On this floor as well, relaxation areas, a kitchenette, and an open workspace have been integrated into the lobby. Furthermore, the management office is also located on this floor but in a more autonomous area, featuring a relaxation room and bathroom designed according to the client's request. In the interior design of all social and workspace areas, livelier spaces have been created in terms of color and graphics usage. In executive offices, a more user-centric approach has been adopted, prioritizing user preferences and needs while maintaining a holistic design that aligns with the overall concept.
